Improvisation can change your life.

I'm a big exponent of improv as a skill for life. At work or just for fun, the building blocks of 'Yes And' have helped me grow myself and my business. In this talk, I explain how improv is a fun way to build the brain muscles we need to have better positive and productive conversations.

I deliver comedy and presentation skills sessions that have improvisation at their core. These sessions use humour to unlock creativity and build confidence. They can be face-to-face, online or hybrid.

What is improv, can it help my business?

Improv is an incredibly fun way to build confidence and develop communication skills. From trainees to CEO's, improv is for everyone. It’s not about trying to be funny, and no one is being asked to perform. Improv uses games to help connect, learn and develop. And it works fast. I'm a member of Manchester's CSzUK improv team, we've been making shows for over 20 years.

If you want to find out more, why not book a talk? I can deliver a 1-hour talk on improv, explaining how sessions work, benefits long term and Q&A session, so you can decide.

As a comedy and presenting skills coach, I help develop talk's so they are not just engaging, but also entertaining. We look at the art of timing and delivery, honing your ability to hold an audience in the palm of your hand. We explore your content, hone ideas and how to pace yourself effectively when presenting.

We look at the power of storytelling. How to craft narratives that resonate with your particular audience, whether you're delivering a stand-up routine or a business presentation.

In group and 121 sessions there's a focus on building confidence and stage presence. Providing techniques to overcome stage fright and command attention comfortably, and deal with wandering attention spans.

Key to it all is building improvisational skills, which are invaluable not just for comedy but for any situation where you need to think on your feet and adapt quickly.

It's all about discovering yourself and being authentic. Together we find your unique voice and style, ensuring your performances or presentations are genuine and memorable.
